Information You Submit
Names, phone numbers, and addresses entered into a search form are sent to the separate provider that supplies results. Our servers do not keep a copy of search queries. If you contact us, we receive the information in your message and use it to respond.
Automatic Technical Data
Like most websites, hosting may log an IP address, browser, pages requested, and time of request. We use aggregated information to maintain the service and understand general traffic. Cookies or comparable tools may support basic analytics and, where used, advertising measurement.
Purpose of Processing
Technical information is used to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service. We do not sell visitor lists or create individual consumer profiles from site activity.
External Services and Links
Links lead to government portals, library collections, Archives, and independent search providers. Their terms and privacy practices apply to information submitted on their systems, including sponsored search results. Review the policy of the destination before entering personal information there.
Service Providers and Legal Requests
Hosting, analytics, and support providers may process the limited technical data described above on our behalf. Information may also be disclosed when valid legal process requires it. We do not otherwise share contact messages or server information as a visitor directory.
Security and Retention
The service uses an encrypted connection. Logs are retained only for the operational purposes described here. Because there are no accounts, the service does not store passwords or a user profile that can be exposed.
Children
This service is intended for adults and is not directed to people under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a minor sent information, and we will remove it from our contact records.
Your Requests and Public Records
You may ask about personal information retained in a contact message or server record. Because the service keeps very little, these requests are usually limited to the contact mailbox and operational logs. Ohio public records are controlled by their respective custodians, not this service; requests for an existing non-exempt government record should go to the responsible office under the Ohio Public Records Act, ORC 149.43.
